On the sidelines of the Agrosalon specialized forum in Moscow, the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan and JSC Petersburg Tractor Plant signed an agreement to provide a 5% discount on the purchase of plant equipment.

“In the agro-industrial complex of the republic, tractors of the Kirovets family are in good demand, there are more than a thousand of them among agricultural producers in the region. The share of "Kirovtsev" in the total fleet of tractors in the republic is almost 7%, at the same time, their average age exceeds 20 years. Therefore, we want to accelerate the renewal of the fleet and ensure the purchase of new equipment in the amount of at least 150 tractors per year,” said Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

The document primarily provides for the further provision of enterprises of the republican agro-industrial complex with tractors of the Kirovets series, spare parts, timely services and repairs. In addition to the factory discount, buyers of PTZ tractors will be able to take advantage of state support measures.

According to the program for updating the technical fleet of the agro-industrial complex, up to 50% of the costs for the purchase of new equipment and up to 60% of the costs for overhaul and modernization of tractors in operation at repair enterprises that are members of the Republican Association are compensated from the budget of the republic.
