In order to get high yields, so that our table is always set, we need reliable high-performance agricultural equipment, the novelties of which could be found at the AGROSALON-2022 exhibition at the Crocus Expo IEC, organized by the Rosspetsmash Association with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
Let's start with the automotive exhibit. Trucks for agricultural work this time were presented more than modestly. Among the new products, we can only mention a dump truck with three-way unloading on the FAW 3250 chassis. The 6x4 vehicle is designed to transport oilseeds and legumes, fertilizers, mixed fodder and other bulk agricultural goods. The volume of the body with extensions is 35 m3, the payload reaches 20,450 kg. In the case of working with a trailer, the useful volume of the road train increases to 72 m3.

The exposition of equipment designed to work directly in the field turned out to be much more extensive. Minsk Tractor Works presented at its stand four serial models of tractors (MTZ-82.3, -923.7, -1222.3 and -2022.7) with different types of attachments. And the brightest premiere of this season was waiting for visitors on the street platform, where the Minsk Tractor Works staged a demonstration of the Belarus A3523I unmanned tractor.

The running prototype of the “field drone” was created on the basis of the Belarus 3523 wheeled tractor and equipped with a KRM-9 mower. Engineers from the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus took part in the development of a promising machine. A new electronic autonomous control system has been developed for the drone, located in the place of the cockpit, which performs complete remote control over all components and assemblies.
Working with traffic safety sensors and a precision farming navigation system, the machine independently decides whether it is necessary to brake or avoid an obstacle, sounding an audible signal, and sends a corresponding message to the operator on the remote control. And when the fuel level drops to close to the limit, the tractor moves independently to the refueling point. Belarus A3532I is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9‑C360‑III 6-cylinder in-line diesel engine with a capacity of 359 hp. With.
The maximum transport speed is 40 km/h. PTO control and differential lock are hydraulic. The drone is designed to perform a wide range of tasks, for which attachments are installed on it in front and behind. The operator sends the task via a GSM remote communication channel or on a USB drive. The advantages of the electronic control system are obvious: the tractor can be efficiently operated both during the day and at night, and the cost of production can be reduced.

If we continue the topic of the development of artificial intelligence in field work, it is worth paying attention to another bright premiere - the KFU Belarus 112 mini-tractor, “trained” in unmanned operation at the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Information Technology of Kazan Federal University. Due to its modest dimensions - length 2500 mm, and turning radius of only 3200 mm - the novelty can be used in confined spaces, tow a light trailer, operate a wide range of attachments. KFU Belarus 112 is equipped with a Honda Gx390 gasoline engine with a capacity of 11.8 liters. With. The Rostselmash plant presented a tractor of the sixth traction class RSM 1370 at Agrosalon. Previously, the model had already been demonstrated at specialized exhibitions, however, it aroused great interest among specialists this year as well. The RSM 1370 is powered by a Cummins QSL 9 6-cylinder 8.9L diesel engine producing 366 hp. With. and an automatic 16-speed RowerShift transmission. Now the plant is working on options for which domestic components and assemblies to replace imported ones. It is expected that the model will be put on the conveyor in 2023-2024.

But the St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, whose products are known under the Kirovets brand, reported on the modernization of serial models. Another domestic novelty is the Yaroslavets Ya-250 agricultural tractor, which became the successor to the iconic T-150 tractor. The Agro-Building Technologies company introduced the YX2404‑N and YX1804‑G tractors to the Chinese company Ensign Heavy Industries and the Turkish company Basak. One of the bright premieres of the Gomselmash plant is the GH800 combine harvester with a hybrid threshing and separating device, capable of cleanly harvesting weedy fields. This year, the GH800 took part in the harvesting campaign for the first time. In turn, Bryanskselmash, taking the Belarusian prototype GS12A1 PROFI as a basis, created the GS12A1 Peresvet combine harvester, which is distinguished by an expanded configuration of all systems.

For the first time at Agrosalon, the Chinese Lovol GK120 combine harvester, designed for small farms, was shown. The novelty has a hydraulic all-wheel drive, is equipped with a 6-cylinder 240-horsepower Guangxi Yuchai Machinery engine, a rotary threshing system with increased productivity, and a 7.5 m3 hopper. The model can be equipped with different types of harvesters for wheat, soybeans, corn.

Of the self-propelled agricultural machinery shown at Agrosalon-2022, the Tuman-3 self-propelled complex, created in 2019 at the Pegas-Agro plant from the Samara Region, deserves attention. This machine, depending on the modules used, can perform several functions - a mineral fertilizer spreader, a boom sprayer or a sowing machine. Accordingly, Tuman-3 can be equipped with either narrow tractor wheels for row-spacing work, or wheels with low-pressure tires for going into the field.
Kubota V3800‑DI-TE engine with 75 hp With. puts into operation not only the self-propelled base, but also replaceable modules. Thanks to the 6x4 wheel formula, Tuman-3 is characterized by increased cross-country ability and easily overcomes rough terrain. The composition of the mineral fertilizer spreader installed on Tuman-3 includes a stainless steel hopper with a volume of 2500 l, two spreading discs with the ability to change the angle of the blades, a loading grate that protects the spreading discs from large lumps or dirt.

The mineral fertilizer spreader itself has a new design - without a conveyor belt, fertilizer granules immediately fall on the spreader discs. Regardless of whether the hopper is full or almost empty, the spreading width will be the same. Tuman-3 with such a spreader is capable of processing up to 50 hectares in an hour. As for the boom sprayer, with it a universal agricultural machine is able to process a strip with a width of 28 m and up to 80 hectares in one pass, regardless of the tires installed.
In conclusion, a few figures from official statistics. For four days, AGROSALON-2022, in which 261 companies took part, was visited by 29,744 people. The exhibition showed that under the conditions of sanctions, Russia can produce high-quality high-performance agricultural machinery. And this is important, since the agricultural sector is gradually becoming one of the most promising areas of the Russian economy. Providing food for citizens and raw materials for industry is the basis of the country's food security.
