Within the framework of the AGROSALON exhibition, the Penzmash plant will present its new product - an updated model of the Ozone stripping header. The model will be presented in a width of 9 meters.

The OZON header is the product of a long and careful work of the PENZMASH plant, which began developing and mastering the stripper harvester back in 2003.

By conducting comparative tests and improving the manufactured models, a lighter single-drum header was developed, which reduces the load on the power units of the combine. This execution of the harvester made it possible to increase the energy efficiency of the combine due to fuel savings. In addition, the model turned out to be less time-consuming to manufacture and, as a result, cheaper.

The stripper harvester works according to a fundamentally different scheme of impact on the grain mass than conventional harvesters: practically pure grain is separated from the plants and fed into the threshing apparatus of the combine, as well as an insignificant part of the chaff. The straw remaining on the field is evenly distributed, which avoids exposure to direct sunlight and contributes to the retention of snow, which means the preservation of moisture in the soil. The combed mass also preserves the soil from erosion.

Harvester "OZON" is aggregated with both domestic and foreign combines.

The company's specialists will demonstrate to the visitors of the PENZMASH booth the principle of operation and the unique technical characteristics of the harvester, as well as introduce them to other products of the plant.

The AGROSALON exhibition will be held from 4 to 7 October 2022 in Moscow, at the Crocus Expo IEC.
