LEXION 8700 with CONVIO FLEX 1080 all-purpose reaper will be applied for harvesting wheat, barley, rapeseed, soybeans, and peas.
It is worth reminding that LEXION 8700 combine harvester is a second generation machine, which embodies all the best achievements of CLAAS engineers. In particular, its new “heart” is APS SYNFLOW HYBRID, an advanced threshing system, where the combination of APS tangential threshing system and efficient ROTO PLUS separation system increases productivity with minimal losses and high grain quality in a hopper.
During demonstrations, the self-learning CEMOS AUTOMATIC operator assistance system will help to quickly set up the machine for processing different crops in different soils and climatic conditions. It is possible to adjust preparatory and main deck shutters position, drum rotation speed (from 160 to 920 rpm) and many other parameters determining crop mass processing intensity, both manually or in automatic mode, in the onboard harvester terminal.
The FIELD SCANNER, a sensor mounted on a cabin roof, which detects right and left outer edges and process furrows regardless of reaper width and type, will help the machine to follow exactly the preset movement trajectory when using the wide-coverage 10-meter CONVIO FLEX 1080 reaper. All operational parameters and results of different crops harvesting will be recorded by the TELEMATICS system.
The new LEXION 8700 combine harvester, which is directly involved in the demonstrations, will be presented on the CLAAS stand at the AGROSALON 2020 in Moscow after the harvest completion. Exhibition participants will be able to familiarize themselves with the indicators of its productivity recorded during harvesting.
The AGROSALON exhibition will be held on October 6 to 9, 2020 in Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Moscow.
AGROSALON is officially one of the largest international agricultural machinery expositions and is the only exhibition in Russia that presents the products of the world-leading agricultural machinery manufacturers on one site.
